PVC foam sheet is a board with a honeycomb mesh structure made of PVC as a raw material. It's a vacuum plastic film. It's used for face packaging of colorful panels, so it's also called ornamental film and tenacious film. It's used in numerous diligence similar to erecting accouterments, packaging, and drug. 1. Mechanical parcels

PVC froth board has high hardness and mechanical parcels. And increase with the increase of molecular weight, but drop with the increase of temperature. Rigid PVC has good mechanical parcels, and its elastic modulus can reach 1500-3000MPA (mercaptopropionic acid).

2. Electrical parcels

PVC froth board is a polymer with better electrical parcels, but due to its high opposition, its electrical sequestration isn't as good as PP and PE. The dielectric constant, dielectric loss digression value and volume resistivity are large, and the nimbus resistance isn't good. It's generally suitable for medium and low voltage and low frequency separating accoutrements.

3. Thermal parcels

The heat resistance stability of PVC froth board is veritably poor, it begins to putrefy at 140 °C, and the melting temperature is 160 °C. The direct expansion measure of PVC is small, it's honey retardant, and the oxidation indicator is as high as 45 or further.
